*Sodium hydroxymethylglycinate is a preservative derived from the naturally occurring amino acid, glycine.

 

Does NOT contain: BPA, parabens, phenoxyethanol, sulfates, PEGs, propylene glycol, petroleum products, silicones, phthalates, surfactants, artificial colours or synthetic fragrances. Gluten, lactose and soy-free. Vegan. Not tested on animals.

 

Expiration date: Two years from the date of manufacture. 

Patch test prior to first use. Apply the Natural Antibiotic Gel to the crease of the elbow and wait 12 – 24 hours. Proceed only if there is no reaction.

 

Clean the wound with soap and water and pat dry. For adults and adolescents, apply the Natural Antibiotic Gel as needed, up to 6 mL a day. Gently rub into affected area of skin – this is to ensure release of the active ingredient, ionic silver, from the gel matrix, onto the skin. It can be reapplied several times a day.

For external and occasional use only. Patch test before first use. Avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen, persists after 7 days, or if hypersensitivity/allergy occurs. Do not use if you are allergic to silver, pregnant or breastfeeding. Keep out of reach of children. 

Essential Silver™ is a safe daily dietary supplement.  It is non-toxic(1) and scientific studies have shown that there are no adverse effects associated with ingestion of silver supplements like Essential Silver™(1,2), when taken as recommended.  It does not kill good bacteria(3) nor cause argyria (greying of the skin)(4).  It is not known to be a cumulative toxin(2).

Essential Silver™ has been safely consumed for over a decade without any safety concerns by Health Canada. 

It is nearly impossible to ingest too much dietary silver when it is taken as recommended.  The U.S. Environmental Protections Agency (EPA) established a safe maximum dose consumed over 70 years for a person who weighs 154 pounds(5):
