Payment Options

Payment is processed through PayPal. A PayPal account is not needed for purchases. On the cart page, you can pay with credit card or Visa Debit card by clicking on "Checkout with PayPal" first, then choose the option "Pay with a credit or Visa Debit card".

How much is shipping?

Standard Ground Shipping is FREE for orders over $98.00. A $9.99 flat-rate shipping charge applies to orders less than $98.00.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship from Vancouver in British Columbia. Your order will take approximately 1-12 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) to arrive depending on where you are located in Canada.

Do you ship Internationally?

Currently we only ship to Canadian addresses.

Returns & Refunds

If you purchased your product at a retail store, kindly return to the place of purchase. For online purchases, please contact info@jardinenaturals.com with your return request. If your return is for reasons outside of manufacturing defects, we will evaluate your return on a case-by-case basis.
