I have used the 50ppm version on 3 different occasions for 3 different stubborn armpit abscess cysts that haven't been excised. Each time, I used it twice a day for 4 months and applied gauze overtop (mostly to stop the chaffing). They went away completely by approximately the 4 month mark. I have also used this on the certain skin cuts that haven't taken to the regular antibiotic ointments available (different bugs, different approaches) and it has cleared the infections within a few days each time I have used it. I just finished using this on hot tub folliculitis on the top of my foot with great success.
